About Uri Jacobson

Uri Jacobson is a Philadelphia and Atlantic City–based real estate developer, entrepreneur, and hospitality operator known for his work in residential redevelopment, furnished rentals, mixed-use projects, and retail property investments throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Jacobson is the founder and principal of multiple companies including Chelsea Atlantic Equities, All City Investments, Paramount Properties, Lincoln Place Realty, Chelsea Properties LLC, and the fashion retail brand Got The Look.

Jacobson specializes in acquiring, renovating, and developing high-cash-flow residential and commercial properties, with a strong focus on Airbnb and furnished rental operations in Atlantic City's Chelsea District and Philadelphia's University City, Rittenhouse Square area, and surrounding neighborhoods.

His portfolio includes short-term rental properties, mixed-use commercial buildings, retail storefronts, and multifamily redevelopment projects. In addition to managing large-scale furnished rental operations, Jacobson has been actively involved in development planning, construction coordination, leasing strategy, and hospitality-focused real estate operations.

His projects often include modern renovations, rooftop amenities, retail repositioning, and adaptive reuse of existing urban properties. Through his companies, Jacobson has also expanded into commercial leasing, retail redevelopment, and tourism-oriented housing initiatives designed to support economic growth and neighborhood revitalization.

His work combines real estate investment, construction management, branding, and operational oversight across multiple asset classes. Known for his hands-on management style and entrepreneurial approach, Jacobson continues to focus on expanding real estate development opportunities and hospitality-driven projects across the Philadelphia and Atlantic City markets.

Among his current initiatives, Jacobson is advancing a historic tax credit redevelopment of the buildings at 1512-1516 and 1600 Atlantic Avenue in Atlantic City. Having progressed through the historic tax credit approval process, the project is preparing for construction and will draw on Federal and New Jersey State Historic Tax Credits, with guidance from historic tax credit consultant Brian Wishneff & Associates, to preserve these contributing historic properties while creating lasting value along one of the city's key commercial corridors.

Jacobson is also currently advancing the redevelopment of a 9-unit historic property near Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia. Now in progress, the project will be repositioned into residential rental units, reflecting his continued focus on transforming historic buildings into high-quality housing within established, high-demand urban neighborhoods.
